Passionate, poised, and enthusiastic, Shannon Ellermann is a dynamic and highly motivated member of The Agency Scottsdale. A dedicated advocate, Shannon builds genuine, long-lasting relationships with clients based on honesty and consistent results. She readily places the needs and interests of her clients at the forefront of a tailored, high-touch real estate experience. While authenticity, compassion, and exceptional service are the cornerstones of her business, Shannon also believes that trust and building strong relationships are the keys to any successful client partnership.
Specializing in curating lifestyles and dedicated to providing luxury service, Shannon works with buyers, sellers, investors, and those relocating from out of state to the Scottsdale, Phoenix, Paradise Valley, Arcadia, and Cave Creek areas.
“There are so many things I love about being an agent, but at the top of the list is building meaningful relationships with my clients that last for years,” says Shannon. “Whether they are looking to sell, buy or take on their first investment property, I love learning about my clients on a personal level and helping them achieve their goals. I am proud to be a reliable resource and a steady guide for them every step of the way.”
An Arizona native—born and raised in Phoenix—Shannon provides her clients with exceptional localized knowledge and nuanced regional market insight. Her expansive network includes vetted vendors and helpful resources for her clients to leverage as they settle into a new home or neighborhood.
After graduating from Xavier College Preparatory and the University of Arizona, Shannon went on to work in pharmaceutical and medical sales for more than 15 years before pursuing her dream job in real estate—a role that further strengthened her next-level client service, negotiating, and relationship-building skills.
“I have always been interested in a real estate career—and you could say it’s in my blood,” says Shannon. “My father was an established architect who designed many shopping centers in the Valley, I have an aunt who was a local home and hotel designer and my grandparents were in real estate. It’s a family affair!”
When she’s not out-showing homes or negotiating a contract, Shannon is highly involved with philanthropic organizations, including Giveback Homes. She also leads a very active, healthy lifestyle and can often be found pursuing her love of cooking, traveling, and spending quality time with her family, friends, and adorable labradoodle, Bentley.
